Shigure Hamaguri Chazuke
"Shigure-hamaguri (clams cooked in a soy-based sauce) is a traditional food from the Edo period, known throughout Japan for 200 years as travelers visiting Ise, a place of pilgrimage, bought them as souvenirs.
